Hiya,

This month I started taking Sanatogen His and Hers Pro-Natel supplements.

His - Contains Zinc, to help with the swimmers
Hers - Contains Folic Acid

I have also started taking Evening Primrose Oil from Day 1 until Ovulation as it helps with hormonal balance - I also read somewhere that it can help with your CM more watery to help the swimmers along, Could be wrong but im tryin anything LOL!

xx

OH is taking VITC+ZINC and starting him on Folic acid from today - some research suggests that the man should also take it to help prevent neural defects (or something like that). I take preggo Multi-vit and Vit B6 to help my spotting. I also have honey on my cereal as it can help with EWCM and it is natural.

I switched to these at the beginning of this months cycle, think as long as you dont take them together then it should be ok
