have a room in your home already picked out for a nursery? If so, what is it currently being used for? A junk pile? A guest room? Storage? The room I have we call " The Baby's Room" even though there isn't a baby yet! I know- sick right?! It's filled with all kinds of storage, art supplies, hubby's ferrets, all the stuff that doesnt have its own place.I was going to take a picture and post it hoping to see others. Then if I ever get pg, I could show how it progresses into an actual nursery. I know a lot of people think its bad luck to have a potential nursery but I think it evokes positve energy and hope.

nope we dont , but we are talking about adding a room onto our room for a nursery , dh has also talked about turning my big walk in closet into the babys room , but id rather just add on then take away my much needed closet .but thats a good idea you should take pics so we can see the progress .

We have a room we call the "baby room"- it's filled with kid things my son has outgrown, plus a single bed. We generally refer to it as the guest room when folks are over, but I don't think I am pulling the wool over anyone's eyes.

we do have an extra room in the house that currently sports a television equipped with an xbox + games...nothing else though, no couch, no nothing lol. so there IS a baby's room...sort of hehe. DH says we're keeping the tv and such in there 'for the baby' i think he's being dumb lol

We have 3 spare rooms, 1 is OH study(plain cream and will be used if we have a boy, not that OH agrees!), 1 is my study (decorated in marshmellow pink - perfect for a little girl!) and the guest room ( a neutral lemon). So we're all ready, if only Mr Stork would drop off a bundle of joy for us! xx

we are hoping to move this summer for an extra room, although our daughters room is very big, with a cot a double bed, a single bed, 2 wardrobes and a large cabinet, and still space!! so if needs be they could easily share!!!

Our DS's room will become the nursery....currently DS sleeps in the guest bed...as he refuses to sleep in his bed!!

Luckily his bed is a cotbed so it can easily be turned back into a cot if we have a baby.

We have a room that is DH's study, guest room and dumping place rolled into one.. but it is referred to as the baby's room, and DH even rented another garage that he knows his study would move into if baby comes... ha ha!! Luckily we're moving soon and will get a 3 bed place so we can finally have the proper nursery.. I think I'm going to deck it out straight away, is that bad luck??

We don't call the spare roon the nursery yet - although without telling dh I have often thought of a where everything would go and how would kit it out. I try not think where we put all the junk thats in there at the mo!!!
