I'm Currently Feeling: | um HELLO? ovulation! are you in there? Hey ladies, I have been carefully monitoring my ovulation through opks, starting 6 days ago, and they have gradually gotten darker, but not quite dark enough for a positive. Now they are 1000% negative, no line at all. I couldnt have missed it, it just didnt happen. I got lines, which became darker, but then randomly vanished. Whats up with that?

I'm Currently Feeling: | What's up with that is that OPKs are CR*P! Still, doesn't stop me using them just cos I really wanna see that elusive Dark Line one day. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I never got a dark positive - if you can afford it i would by the CB ones so you get the smiley face!
Good luck though! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | When i used the cheapies i just ignored the line unless the same colour or darker, i could have a faint line one day and none the next day
I have used clear blue this month, easy, smiley face is a yes, circle is a no, expensive tho!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | i have had lines pretty much all month this month, but 3 days before i was supposed to ovulate they got really dark, but not quite as dark as the line, and now all lines are gone. So I didnt ovulate if my line was not dark enough you think Mellly?

I'm Currently Feeling: | Im not sure,
Clearblue website says
''You read your result after 3 minutes by comparing the strength of the colour of the Surge Line with the Reference Line. The Surge Line is the line nearest to the arrow. The Reference Line indicates that you have performed the test correctly. You need to read your result within 10 minutes of doing a Test and disregard any changes after this time.
If there is no Surge Line, or it is paler than the Reference Line, you have not detected your LH surge and you should test again tomorrow at the same time.
If the Surge Line is similar to, or darker than the Reference Line you have detected your LH surge and therefore have reached your most fertile time. Make love at any time during the next 48 hours to maximise your chances of getting pregnant.''
So if it was quite similer then you may have ovulated xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I used cheapie OPKs and honestly wasn't sure how dark it had to be to deem positive. I didn't want to risk missing things so BD'd when a second line started showing up, went with my gut instinct on "the darkest i've ever seen it" and pre-seed that day (just in case) the following day had NO LINE...i was shocked really as that really put in my head that the previous day MUST have been the positive i was looking for... how could there have been lines the past 3-4 days then vanish all of a sudden?
I would say that your situation is quite similar to mine! go with your gut instinct, that dark line just may have been the positive you were waiting for!!!!
good luck! |
