New to You

Hello All-
New to the site and wanted to get some input. I am 30 Y/O TTC #1 X 12 Mo. I am on my 2nd cycle using CBEFM, I don't chart, it confuses me,but am thinking of trying. I am 4DPO right now and have cramping, peeing all the time and I am afraid it is all in my head. As I am sure you all know,it is very frustrating month after month to get a BFN. I am really loving reading all the treads and hope to be able to get through the TWW without going crazy. TIA for any words of wisdom-
Ro

My OV times should be correct if the CBEFM is doing it's job. I am soo bad about looking for signs and symptoms that I drive myself nuts with it. I keep telling myself I won't POAS til I miss AF but we will see how that goes! Best of luck, keep me posted

Hello RoRo x Hope you're not here for long and move to the next bit really soon

Have you tried charting on the internet? There are a few sites that make things lots easier like FertilityFriend and MyMonthlyCycles.

I haven't tried charting yet. Wasn't sure where to go to do it. I will check those out though. Gives me something to do to pass the time during this TWW. Thank you much for the info
