Question

any advice please?

Hi everyone,

I have just ordered my first lot of internet cheapies, I have no idea when I ovulate so should I just test every day after AF until I get a positive OPK? or should I wait until later on in my cycle? I have a 32 day cycle if that helps - I'm very confused (It really doesn't take much!!!!! )

Thanks in advance for any help x

It says on the leaflet that came with my sticks that if you cycle length is 32 days you should start testing on cycle day 15. Don't stop the day you get a positive, do one the next day too - I've had positives two days running so it means you can make sure you're BDing if you know!

So did I

I never managed to get a peak on mine though. They always showed a faint line but never got a positive reading on those cheapies. Ive given up on those now and am going to try charting next month.

Good luck

Hi there! You normally get some instructions when u buy OPKs. I bought some internet cheapies last month and I got a page of instructions plus a free temp chart! The instructions include a table which you can use to work out when to start, but I think most ladies start a few days earlier just to be on the safe side!

Hope that helps!

I would start a bit earlier than normal if you've got loads - just in case! Good luck!
