I'm Currently Feeling: | Im pretty sure a chemical pregnancy is where the egg implants and makes enough hcg to show up on a preg test but then something happens to where it does not develope and you your hcg levels decrease rapidly , so if you take a pregnancy test and shows up positive a few days in a row and then you take one and get a neg result and start to bleed a few days later then you know you had a chemical pregnancy . I think that is what I had but they just told me it was an early m/c I only bleed for 2 days and had no clots at all , very odd and my hcg had decreased down to 8 a week before that I had 4 positive preg test and a positive preg blood serum test . I was kidding around the day I bought my step daughter a preg test from dollar general and took a test and hers was positive and mine was a neg , later on that night I started spotting and went to er they did an hcg test and thats how I found out it was down to an 8 , I never did go back , I was suppose to go back for another hcg test but I just couldnt do it . |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Morning is not a recommended time to use OV tests. You should take ov test later in the day or in the afternoon for more accurate results. And they suggest taking them at the same time (IE: pick a time, say 2PM that you will take them) so when comparing the results are more accurate.
Good luck, sweetie! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | afternoons are best for ov tests, between say 11 and 4pm something like that. I read that the LH surges at that time of day, which is why mornings and evenings aren't recommended.
And don't drink or go to the loo for a few hrs before either!!
Are they basic internet cheapy strip tests you have got? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think they say not to do earlier tests so that they are not picked up and we are non the wiser (tho i could never wait and always did early ones) |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm conflicted bout testing early.....if chemical and you get a BFP then BFN, you would at least know ovualtion and fertilization happens but a problem implant or growing.
or is it really better not knowing.
I am 36 and just started trying to concieve. So I am new at this and want to control everything about it..so i know whats up with my body.
( I did have a MC last Nov, didn't even know I was preg.)
maybe thats why i am trying to control this process... | | | | Status: Offline
