Aw honey. I get bad bad cramping every month.

Have you tried the heated packs? I use a BIG buckwheat one that I can lay across all of my tummy, heat it in the microwave and off you go.

I also take Naprogesic - not sure if you have those? They are designed for period pain.

Also - if you kneel on all fours and put your head down on the bed (like some kinky sex position!! lol) it seems to ease it for me. Although you can't stay like that all day obviously,lol...

Some women find elevating their legs and hips can help - hasn't worked with me, but it can be worth a shot.

A hot bath or shower can work the same as a heat pack, just getting warmth to that area.

I hope you feel better soon darlin

I have heard lots of calcium ( milk or tablets) helps....
Hot water bottle.....and ibuprophen..or advil.
That and staying in bed all day long!!!!
mine are brutal the first day then it gets better. if i keep myself busy enough and moving around ( yard work) the cramps seemto be alot less painful.
