I love the 800's but I dont have any... I only had 2 of the 200's left. I think they took some of the edge off... (along with my wine)

Have you tried the heated packs? I use a BIG buckwheat one that I can lay across all of my tummy, heat it in the microwave and off you go.

I also take Naprogesic - not sure if you have those? They are designed for period pain.

Also - if you kneel on all fours and put your head down on the bed (like some kinky sex position!! lol) it seems to ease it for me. Although you can't stay like that all day obviously,lol...

Some women find elevating their legs and hips can help - hasn't worked with me, but it can be worth a shot.

A hot bath or shower can work the same as a heat pack, just getting warmth to that area.

I hope you feel better soon darlin
I agree with Ney, those are good ways to deal with the crapms

Aww hun, I've got no more advise than what the others have said, but didn't want to just read and run. Hope you're feeling better soon.

natural remedy, BANANAS...or anything with potassium really...it helps the muscles do as they should without as much cramping...

as for temporary methods otcs, motrin, ibuprofin, advil....all could block the receptors that make you feel the pain from cramping. heating will help, but getting the electrolytes up will help even more...so go for the sports drinks, like gatorade.

long term....exercising is a wonderful trick. the more you exercise, the more your muscles learn to work out and not feel pain as much, and therefore will help with the feeling of cramping when that time come around...even tho they are different muscles it really does help.

No real advice as I've never had an AF cramp too stubborn to let go with Paracetamol but I just wanted to give you a and say I hope she leaves you soon. I think she heard you made the call and is pissed off!
