I had a borderline smear so had to have another 6 months later and then a year later and due one in Dec (a year later) so i presume i'm ok in that department because i waited for results before TTC. However, endometriosis runs in the family - my mum, my auntie and my younger cousin but i haven't had problems since i was in my teens!
I want a saliva and specific blood test and a u/s so i can put my mind to rest but i bet when i go my gp I get 'it's nothing to worry about' or 'see how you go for the next few cycles' at best!

Hi Tansey - said this already in my journal but thought it would be better here really - if you have low progesterone, it's never too late to start taking it! I wasn't on progesterone when I fell pg, and I'd had three days of spotting/bleeding whilst 10 wks pg before they put me on it, and I was ok. The spotting stopped after a couple of days, (although I had to spend 7 laid in bed!). Even if it is too late to start taking it this cycle, it can't be too early to get yourself checked out hun. I share your mistrust of doctors and always assume they will fob me off, but you never know til u try.
