I would consider that low for myself - high is when i can't quite reach or it is difficult and medium somewhere in between!

Yep, sounds like a low to me if it can be felt at that point.

Don't forget that your cervix moved throughout the day, so they recommend checking it around the same time every day. I have know mine to be low, medium and high in one day just before AF. It's really not the most reliable indicator of whether PG or AF on way, so don't fret about it.
