I take:
-- EPO (2000mg) with Royal Jelly (500mg)
-- Pharmaceutical grade Fish oil (1200mg)
-- Vitamin C (500mg Ester C)
-- Zinc (22 mg)
-- Women's Multi Bioavailable Vitamins/minerals (with
iron)
All in all I get 75mg of Vitamin B6 and 500 ug of Folic Acid.
I know this sounds like a lot but it's actually a lot less than I was taking at one point!!
Since taking the supplements I've seen the following differences:
-- LP increased from 12-13 days to 14-15 days
-- Less spotting before AF
-- better AF blood flow
-- more cm
