so i never really temp before but my GYN asked me to do it right away so see if i can keep my temp up for i least 10 days before i get my AF ...(it's a sing that your hormone are working )
but my question is i started to temp on Friday morning CD12 temp was 97.5 SAturday CD13 97.5 and Sunday cd14 97.5 and this morning Monday CD15 was 98.5 so when your temp goes up like that it really mean i "O" already right?

Miel,
Are you temping at the same time of day? Are you also watching you CM? Those 2 things combined will help you determine when ovulation happens? Also after you ovulate, your temps are supposed to be a bit elevated due to the luteal phase which is when your bdoy is making progesterone to help incubate if you are pregnant. I hope that helps some.

Hi Miel,

You've joined the temping club. Are you not tempted to start a Fertility Friend chart on line that you can share. We can all watch it with you then and it's free if you choose the basic membership. Just a suggestion. You know how much I like looking at everyones charts and I would love to watch yours. I would feel more able to comment then.

and bon chance mon amie.
