Hi there, I wouldn't worry to much AF is weird!
I would say that every 3rd month I pass clots about the size if a 10p look very like the liver you get in roasting chickens (sorry .. TMI but it was the best comparison I could think of!)
I did one as my FPC Dr about it and she said that the womb lining sheds differently in different people and not uniformly each month, so some months its lighter more 'bloody' shedding, and some months bigger clots.
