I think most tests claim to be 99% accurate but it could still be too early to detect and u do have another stick to pee on so u could try again in a few days.
U could always try ur doctor for a blood / urine test if u are sort of cash. Good luck - ur not out til AF rears her ugly head!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so i brought a test earlier. I didnt have enough money to buy CB or anything like that.. so i ended up having to buy a twin pack from poundland.

They wern't like normal pregnancy tests as i had to pee in this little cup and then hold the stick in for 10 seconds and then wait for the lines to appear. But only one appeared, meaning negative.

I was really dissapointed as i really did have a feeling i was pregnant. And because ive been extremely tired lately, and having these twinges in my belly ( which at first i thought were related to AF, even though ive never had them before ), but still a negative.

Could it be possible that it was just the test? because it was a cheapo ?.

Im not going to have any money for a while now to even buy another test and i still dont get paid for another 3 weeks or so. .
There are loads of pg tests like that- they are quite normal. What brand did you buy? If there is a CE mark (European Quality controlthing) then they should be ok. But honey I was a little worried by your last remark- if you're only 16 and you don't have enough money to buy a pg test how are you gonna be able to afford a baby?

The make was called masterplast i tihnk.. or something along those lines ?.

And reading back to what i put.. i cant blame you for asking that question :/.

We do have the financial problem sorted for when the baby comes, as i do work part time and in 3 weeks i will be working about 20 hours a week. And my boyfriend is getting a job now and in september starting an apprentachip earning £180 a week. With the help of my famiy and his family when we need it also. I know its not the greatest start in life, but even though we didnt plan this baby, i could no way take its life away from it.

At the end of the day if we are responsbile enough to have sex, we are responsbile enough to deal with the consequences.

I do know a baby is alot of hard hard 24/7 work, but im willing to do it. If i am pregnant then i have made this little life, brought somene into the world who is completely hopeless and it is my job and responsibility to make sure i bring her the best possible start and give her the care and attention she needs.

Thanks all for your responses and opinions.. it really does mean alot .

if theres anytthing else people need to ask or tell me.. please feel free. Even criticism, i always take it as a question of help and always make sure i have a good answer for it, if not.. then it shows i am not ready for a baby.

xx

Iv'e kinda just realised ive been posting this topic in the wrong forum *oopss*.

Im not TTC... Me and my boyfriend always use protection, i wwas on the pill but had to come off as it was making me feel awful. And one time, we noticed the condom had split. Now i think im pregnant because AF is late.

Im not trying to have a baby or we never planned to have a baby, but now i tihnk i am i could never get rid of it.
