I always seem to spot for 3/4 days before AF arrives, AF is always very light, and then AF goes after a few days.

My cycles are between 24-26 days and AF lasts about 2 full days, then two days of light spotting.

Before I came off BC over two years ago, my cycles were also 28 days (b/c of the BC) but ever since we started TTC and I have been charting, I notice my cycles vary from 27-34 days with anywhere from 1 to 4 days spotting beforehand (which never fails to make me think its implantation even though it's been doing that since September of last year lol) and always lasts for 5 days - first day being heavy with clots, second being medium, third and fourth being light then spotting more on the fourth, and the last just barely brown colored spotting, usually going to nothing.
