It's just a matter of taste, you know similar to different people choosing different paintings or pictures for their family homes, or in an art gallery. We all like different things.
For me, this little smilie is just awful. It depicts a yellow woman just standing there with no bra on and droopy boobs and a mis-proportioned cartoon child approaching her like a self service facility. It made me laugh out loud when I saw it as it has no style, panache or motherly softness about it for me. My taste would be something more nurturing, cuddly and perhaps something that would provoke an "aw how sweet" reaction. You know like the reaction you get when you see lambs flocking around their mother and wagging their tiny tails as they feed.
We all have different tastes, but I reckon the majority will find it quite funny rather than 'nice'. Perhaps my tastes are a little fussy, but I already know I'm a perfectionist which is why I didn't like the smilie.
