Nipples are sore and on fire!!!

so girls,

i am now 3 days late and my nipples tonight have gone very sensitive and feels like they are on fire!!!

could this be a sign??

I'd be testing every day if I was 3 days late (have got a huge amount of sticks to get through though!)
