feeling blah

I am not feeling well. Yesterday I developed a sore throat in the morning and by bed time it was a full blown stuffy nose. I am exhausted; I only slept 3 hours because my nose kept me up. I also have a very low grade fever (99.2).

Anyways, I was wondering if feeling ill would harm the baby if I were to become pregnant (I am in my 2ww and want to be safe as possible just in case). What medicines are TTC safe for a stuffy nose? Thanks!

I'd reccomend speaking to a Pharmacist, or your GP perhaps.
Since talking to my GP about TTC he said i should only take Paracetamol, i'd assume this is a general rule though. However i'm not certain.

I'd urge you to speak to a professional before taking anything, just explain that you "may be" pregnant,
Hope this helps and that you are feeling better soon.

Thanks! I actually don't have a doctor right now (we just moved). I will probably wait to get one for when I fall pregnant or if I become ill to the point where I need one and I feel silly calling up a random office asking for advice! Any advice that could be given is great (thanks for the paracetamol suggestion)

I sent OH to the chemist when I was ill, he just told them I was pg and asked what I could use (wasn't, was in the tww) - they also said paracetamol was ok all the way through pg x
