I'm Currently Feeling: | 1 o'clock! Very hard to concentrate on getting any work done! I just hope they actually explain it to me - last time I had it done the woman doing it wouldn't discuss the results with me and I had to wait to get an appointment with a consultant to tell me what it meant! So frustrating! And that is private not NHS! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh is that the internal ultrasound...I had one of those....not unpleasant.
Anyway the consultant sees this big lump over my uterus and was investigating it for ages thinking it was a distorted fallopian tube or something...I was starting to get a little nervous....then he remembers to turn on the colours and it turns out to be my big vein....which had just moved into the wrong place!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Nellis - did the consultant tell you immediately what he'd found or did you have to make an appointment to discuss it at a later time? This what I am worrying about the most! | | | | Status: Offline

It was the consultant who did the ultrasound itself, and he was very nice about it...showed me the images and everything, even when he was troubled by them! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I had an internal ultrasound done the beginning of April and it was a breeze. It actually is really interesting to see everything in there. You get to look at your ovaries and they will def tell you instantly if they see anything wrong! Lots of luck and try to not be nervous, it really isn't bad at all. |
