I've never used cheapie OV sticks b4 all the way thru my cycle, just the smiley face CB digis.

Anyways, I've been getting faint lines then today, no line. When you get your strong line to suggest you're about to O, does it suddenly appear after faint ones or does the line get darker and darker? Last month, I got a smiley face on CD 17 so, if I O around the same time, shouldn't the line have gotten darker today instead of a no-show?

My my, this TTCing business is more confusing than quantum physics. x

This month(with the sensitive 15 ones) I had a v faint line early on (CD9) but it didn't gradually get darker each day it was just faint / not there til I got a positive. Then there was no line again on CD18 which was 2DPO according to FF.

Last month with the not so sensitive ones the second line just appeared when (I presume) I was about to O was there for 1 1/2 days then went, it wasn't as dark as the control line though.

I bought the cheapie ones as well for next cycle...... i'm not sure if it's a good thing as i find that smiley on the CB digis strangely comforting!! good luck!

for me they started off faint, then on ov day were real dark, then the line got faint again after ov. It was pretty much faint line then dark line. Last month I had no line at all, and then whammo, dark line.

I got positives last month on the cheapies. I bought a more expensive brand to confirm it and yup. They worked a charm

In your case, was there any difference between the faints? Did you roughly POAS at the same times, etc? I presume so, afterall you're used to the CB digis. And more importantly have you BDed all the same even through the faints?

In my case it never appeared!

Never even got a faint line so will be trying CB ones next month (unless i get my )

Thanks girls. Alexandra, I have been peeing same time of day etc. We haven't BD'd loads this month cos my heart's not as in it, tbh. My dr just asked me to do OV sticks cos am having my blood tests so he wanted to see how I got in with OV sticks too. I just did another one and the faintest of faintest lines. I hope I get one tomorrow cos I got my CB smiley on cd17 last month so will panic if I get zilch this month. My ewcm hasn't even really started either so either no O or late O. x

That sounds perfectly okay if you do tomorrow hon, when will you get a bloody chart, I keep trying to remember when you Oed last

Besides the tests will tell you loads and the wheels of the fixing-you-up-with-a- -machinery are spinning now so you'll sort it and get there in a jiffy, dude!
