. Me n my boyfriend are so nervous but excited at the same time.. im so tempted to test now but i will wait.haha.
Ive been reading none stop about making the most of your pregnancy and what not, but one things causing me concern.
I havnt started taking any pre-natal vitamins yet.. but i am getting some soon. One thing thats bugging me is the whole healthy eating thing. I want to be a perfecionist in the pregnancy ( if i am ) and will be very paranoid about watching what i eat, and so on. But im a very, very fussy eater. I hardly like any fruit, apart from grapes, veg i only eat peas and brocoli, and salads just do nothing for me. Im desperate to start eating healthy and making the best of my body for a baby, but im just so worried its getting me down. Ive tried and tried numerous times to eat all this healthy stuff, but it really does just make me want to heave.
Ive took vitamins in the past but wasnt really sure if they did actually do any good. I really need to sort myself out but i just hav no idea what else to do. Ive tried hiding veg in other foods, but i always end up tasting it and not liking it, i just dont know what else there is i can do.
