Ok so do you start counting on the day you ovulate or the next day? If I Ov'd on the 3rd....would today be 2 dpo?

if so this is what I have been experiencing:

Sunday:
really sore breasts
extra saliva (i'm wierd and notice this kind of thing. I take pride in how well I speak and I have noticed the need to swallow more and if I don't I feel like I will be drooling.)
increased sex drive
pain in lower abdomen
hightened sense of smell

Today:
high energy in the am (very unusual for me)
sore breasts (almost want to remove bra)
really hightened sense of smell (thought my mom bought new perfume but it was her body wash)
gassy (TMI....i know)
dog won't come to me(not a symptom but unusual)
Cried because the dog wouldn't come to me
feeling clumsy(had an appointment to do a septum piercing at 2:15 but had to cancel because I just feel off today)
cried because I put the milk in the cabinet instead of the fridge.



I wish I just knew what was going on with my body!

it's kind of hard to tell because really when exactly do we know we "O" ...i think we are never 100% sure ...it's always a 24 hours window...
i usually can tell when i "O" as i use opks but i always think of "O"as 2 days really...so let's say i "O" cd12 i usually think CD12 and CD13 and then i will start to say CD14 is DPO...

I refuse to do the symptom thing personally as I just end up feeling sick for two weeks then get a - if I throw up / have spotting then fine, otherwise everything WILL get ignored (sorry, giving myself a pep talk ).
