| As I said a number of times these days (sorry for sounding like a broken record) I have had at least two cycles of POAOPK every day and I have to say the progression is very clear and always there. I think (at least for me) two things are a myth:
A. They say you can get a snow white OPK one day, a positive darker than night one the next day and then another snow white and another dark and aleatory so on and so forth. I disagree. If you test with some consequence in terms of non peeing times (at least 3 hours for me), reducing liquids (never make it without any myself) and the same hour (10:20 a.m and 18:30 pm for me) you can't get none then some then none, you WILL see a progression
B. An OPK is only positive if the line is darker than the control line. That's BS as well IMO. I've had positives that were fainter than the control and there was no mistaking O as it was confirmed by FF, doctors, CBFM, etc.
So all in all, with OPKs, yeah there is a progression -if you're enough of an addict you can see it- and yeah it can be lighter so once you start to see a line that you don't need to squint but is there at arm's length you can safely jump on the BDing. |
