Has anybody got any magical tips to help regulate your cycles? Been off the bcp for 9 months and AF is still all over the place

I dont know if the agnus castus (vitex) has anything to do with it but ive ov nearly a week earlier this cycle.... ?!
Im also on vit b complex and primrose. This is my first month trying it..weird, but if it works its magic stuff!!
Two of the girls who got their bfp last month were on it as well, and swear by it. Its worth a try no?..
Good Luck,
xxx
