Need reasurance..

My DR passed me onto the RE and they wants DH to do a SA. My DR (OB/GYN) did not request one my first round of clomid b/c she felt he has fathered child (my Daughter) in the last three years (3 years ago this week I just found out I was pregnant) and thought he was fine. Now the RE wants a SA.

What are the chances he has issues? He does not smoke, bike, take super hot baths or shower, he is only 33 and wears boxers.

I am afraid it will come back as issues and then we will have to do the IUI, and we have no coverage for infertility procedures.

REASSURE me he is probably fine. PLEASE, I am freaking out.

Plus they want the sample to be within the hour of him giving it, which will be hard b/c he works from 6:30 - 4pm and the lab it only ope form 7:30 - 4pm.

FREAKING OUT about this. And was freaking out that now we have to see a RE. Who wnats to do 2 cycle of clomid with montioring and if it doe snot work then move onto the IUI. We have no coverage or money just laying around.

hun I'm sure it will be just fine and if not then you will cope with it, ttc makes us stronger, madder but stronger i'm sure of that.

and if they did find anything wrong then it will proberbly be a minor thing, seeing as he has fathered a child already.

cant he start work a couple of hours later or tack a sick day or days holiday?

I hope you get your bfp soon

I would say that it's probably going to be A okay chick.
They should have probably checked before you went on Clomid and they are back tracking a bit now. Your DR prob just wants to double check so that you don't have to go through with the Clomid if there is another more suitable option.
I bet he comes back with champion swimmers!!!
Good luck and try not to worry x

I think they just want to double check with the SA so they can rule it out - you OH sounds like he'll be just fine! Don't stress chicken! (I know it's probably useless me saying that tho!

Honey I've learned over the years that it's pointless to panic until you have a definite reason to

thinking of you, all the best sweetie
