Boots Fertility Monitor


Hi, Has anyone got/used the Boots fertility monitor??
Its an awful lot cheaper than the clear blue one and i was just wondering what its like on comparison?

I'm looking to buy one if shows up this month. I'd just like as much advice as poss before i spend out on it!!!

I too would be interested to know how it rates compared to the clearblue monitor. I agree the Boots is cheaper and every penny counts but prehaps the clearblue is worth the extra cost in the long run? Any advice on the pros and cons of each monitor would be great.

I'd be willing to pay out for the clear blue, but can't help but think of all the pennies i could be saving towards the day i get my . That said, its no good focussing on that too much til i actually get it....after all the money spent may help me get my quicker hey??? i'm just confused!!!!

I'm nearly sure that when I looked at this, it was just a fancy BBT and not a POAS type monitor. Thus it would only tell you after you had ovulated and not when you were about to ovulate.


But I could be wrong!

Clearblue Fertility Monitor is fab. I used it and got pregnant the first month. Showed I was ovulating much earlier than I thought. Unfortunately it ended in an early miscarriage but TTC again with fingers crossed. This just takes all the stress out of knowing when to DTD!

hi, i bought the boots one thinking oh good its a lot cheaper, im usually quite good with digital thingys but that was just weird!! i couldnt get it to take a proper temp, and the alarm kept goin off, maybe just me being stupid but my OH couldnt get it to work properly either so i returned it! anyone tried the clearblue?xx
