TTC Vitamins For Men

I was in the chemist earlier and saw a pack of vitamins, one bottle for her and one for him. Think they we're sanatogen ones. Does anyones OH/DH take these or similar? Curious to know if its worth the £.
DH seemed keen on the idea of them, perhaps to make him feel more included.

I don't know how these TTC ones are any different, but he liked the idea of those and isn't otherwise keen on "swallowing bricks" that'd be multi vits to u & i!!!!

Shall pick up a pack later!!!

Hello,

I've been taking the Sanatogen Pronatal "Her" supplements for a while and my DH has just started taking the Sanatogen Pronatal "Him" tablets that you're talking about. I think it may well be worth the cost because he has a terrible tendency to skip meals and not get enough variety in his diet, so - although not a remedy - I think the supplement will do him good....esp the zinc, which is v important for spermies.

Thats the ones!!! Thanks Lois!!! I've been taking Pregnacare for a while, but am considering swapping to these as i've not seen them sold seperately. DH seems keen on taking them, so i'm not going to say no!!!!
DH doesn't really eat during the day much, and isn't keen on fruit, maybe the odd banana, does eat veg though and a good meal in the evening, so perhaps these will enhance the spermies!!!!
