Thank you all so much for your comments and support. I really will try and stick at it.
I don't feel as achy today as I was expecting - I'm taking that as a good sign and not that it means I didn't do enough yesterday!
I'm taking it quite gently. My gym package includes 5 sessions with a trainer basically to learn how to use the equipment, but I told him I was TTC so he is going to develop my programme gradually and making sure I target the best muscle groups and stamina etc. He is also going to get a colleague to do one of the sessions as she is good with pilates and 'core stability', at least I
think that's what he said.
Energy, health and fitness here I come!
