Ohh sorry to hear your not well. Make sure you look after your self( icould be totally wrong here but...) im sure shingles is stress related and it shows it ugly little face when you get too stressed, xxxxxx

sorry hun, not thats its anything like the same but ive got real cold/fuey symptons this month, as normal right around ovualtion, trying not to give DH it before we actually ovulate. Doing my head in cos its messing my temps up!
