Right, so as the title says I'm spotting. Not much, when I sometimes wipe only but it's there. Bright red. I've also been having cramps on and off but I'm not sure that's abnormal.
Now the only two things I've done differently this cycle is taking EPO and Agnus Castus. Could it be from them? Any clue as to what would be causing this? Should I freak out?
That and a bunch of others are a must-read for whoever takes EPO and Agnus Castus. I don't know which one was the problem and I realize it could be the dosage or the combination but if you have CM or even PreSeed and are Oing there's no point in any of these as I've found out now.
This is what impatience does to the TTC mind. We want yet another pill for the new cycle, something to "do the trick", anything so that we can say we've tried everything and then we mess up the few things in our favour.

It's actually quite sobering -- i also find myself taking more and more pills, vitamins, powders, supplements each month -- i think just because i want TO DO something; I want to feel like i have some control over everything!! It's scary though because a lot of the time one doesn't know what the interaction effects are of a lot of these things -- esp. if you don't really need them!

Exactly, spot on. It's all about control. TTC is hell on us control addicts. There's just so very little we can actually do so we raid Ebay and buy everything even remotely connected to TTCing. What are the alternatives? Doing the exact same thing as we did last month when we got the s? Didn't they teach us about the definition of insanity being doing the exact same thing and expecting different results? I guess we should be more insane.
