| exercise can only be good for ttc...if you think about it, it gets blood flowing and oxygen replaced quicker, which are two of the most important things in hosting a babe. so, keep up the exercising!! if you are still worried, id say you only need to really stop right after bding (like a couple hours) which is when the spermies are trying to get up there. and once up there, they are so small and so weightless (not to mention the fluid atmosphere) that i doubt it is likely to interupt them and the egg after conception. so, worry later, not quite when your body needs all the replenished nourishment!!!! keep on dancing...literally!!! |
