I'm using the CBFM for the first time and have had my 5th high day today - for those of you who have used them before, how many highs did you get in the first month before your peak? If I've got another week of highs, DH and I may need to stagger the bding so we have stamina at the important peak time!!!

dont know how much ill be able to help, but here it goes..

(I used it for 4 months when i gt pg, so when i mc i hadnt used it for 3 months. Anyway, ..) Once i started using it again, it gave me nearly a week of highs, however i was only fertile right before, i could tell by ewcm, and the first cycle it nearly always seems to do this.

So, to answer your question, i think i had 5 or 6 days of highs.

last month was my first month and i got 6 high readings before a Peak. Like you we tried to BD everyday on the high but ran out of steam by the end and on the peak days we hardly bd'ed. We've agreed this month to bd ever other day on the high daysand then on the peak days every day. I think in your first month you get more highs while the monitor is getting to know your cycle.
