OPK Surge

How long do you get almost positive for before your +OPK?

I usually get an almost positive for about 2-3 days before I finally ger my + anyone else?

I always mark the 1/2 postive as a + on FF until I get my full positive just incase it doesn't peak to a full one if you know what I mean and then I change the 1/2 positives back to a negative on my chart.

Have you tracked your LP? i get dark OPKs (but never positive) for 3 consecutive days, but AF comes exactly 14 days after my first day of dark opk. This was the case the last 2 months. So i figured the first day was probably close to O. Maybe for some people it takes longer for the LH to go down after the surge?

I've only been charting and doing OPK's for a few months now and had 2 m/c's so each cycle has been slightly different. I'm just making sure that I BD everyday I have line on OPK just to make sure I don't miss it, I guess temps will confirm exact day anyway.
