I'm Currently Feeling: | Losing hope of ttc, should I go back to Uni?? Hi, I have been ttc for 6 months now, and still no BFP, it may not sound a very long to some of you, but to me it seems forever. Got a feeling that this month will be a BFN too. I gave up my Nursing Degree at Uni to have another baby as we always wanted another one and I wasnt happy in my course, but now I seem to have lost heart and am considering going back to Uni, but to do Midwifery this time, as Adult nursing wasnt for me, (too many people dying). Any advice guys? At least being a midwife might stop me getting broody??!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | You could always go back to university but keep trying. Might keep your mind off TTC, and if you ended up with a degree at the end of it so much the better |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ditto above, but then again, it might put you off! I would go back - you'll get credits for what you do so even if you don't finish you should be able to pick it up again later! Good luck hun xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hey hun, you really have to look within youself and see what you really desire. I agree that adult nursing can be depressing at times ( I am a nurse too), but even in midwifery you also get sad times, and I think they would be harder to deal with cos it is a little baby, so if you are doing midwifery cos u tink it will be all nicey, then there are the hairy scary times too- doubly so cos u have mum and baby. Just think about what you want and remeber if you do the adult nursing course now, this gives you a background of nursing and then its only another 18 months training to convert to midwifery if you decide to do that. This way you could pick and choose where you want to work!! Good luck!! Candice xx | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I agree, maybe you should consider going back to Uni while still trying Putting your life on hold is unfair on you. It may give you something more to focus on as we all know ttc can sometime's take over our live's. Then before you know it you might get your
