Folic Acid Supplements

My doc prescribed me 1 mg folic acid tablets, in addition to my pre-natals, because of a birth defect risk in one of my other medications. I'm supposed to take '3 tablets by mouth every day'. It doesn't say to take them with meals or anything, so can I take them all at once or does it have to be spread throughout the day? There weren't really any directions about it in the packet.

It would sure be a heck of a lot easier to just take them in the morning with my medication cocktail, lol.

You can take them all at once along with your prenatal, I take an additional one as well and I dont normally take them with food, sounds like you will have a bit of a rattle but at least bubs is well looked after!
