Posts: 43 | ovulation pain? any advice welcome It seems my cycle is finally getting back to normal after coming off cerazette - I'm on CD 11 (predicted o was CD 14 according to period tracker iphone app but I don't know how reliable that is). Today I'm really bloated and feel "swollen" round about where I think my right ovary is. It's really hurting quite a lot. Has anyone else experienced anything similar... It's been a while since I've O'd, due to being on BCP...  |

| Trying to conceive (TTC) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Northants Posts: 2,447 | Yeah i get that around ovulation time too  I wouldn't put much faith in any application that predicts when you will ovulate, they only base it on the "perfect" ovulation date for your cycle length. You would be better using your own judgement (like now, the pains are likely to be ovulation pains), and monitoring your cervix/cervix mucus. Alternatively if you want to use some sort of prediction use OPKs. There's also charting which works off your body's temperature, this will only tell you after you've ovulated though Good luck xxx |
