Chart expert required, has ovulation happened?

Hi

Im really hoping someone can make sense of this chart, as we really cant work this cycle out... the temps are all pretty high for post AF, but FF doesnt seem to have picked up ovulation yet...and we have no idea if we need to still be BDing or not!

Note... Positive OPKS 8 days apart????. And no real biphasic pattern. Usually
CD 16 is the latest o ever happens, and its CD19 now..

My OH has had a lot of cramps the last few days as well, and a day of spotting ..weve done several pregnancy tests to rule that out..all negative.

Anyway if anyone can offer insight into whats going on id very much appreciate it

To have OPK's positive like that is odd... have you spoken to a doctor?

Hi kat.

Well she went for a checkup at the docs a few weeks ago...because we had been trying a little while now and age is a factor. I was dubious that FSH, LH and Progesterone where all done at CD22, but they came back as normal.

I have said that if the pain doesnt go in a few days she should see a doc, because
obviously health is more important than anything.

I did hope that it was pregnancy... but we used a first response HPT a few days
ago (CD15 so way after implantation if it had happened) and got a negative so
we have kind of ruled that out now.

What OPKs are you using? Are the lines def dark enough?

I would put ovulation at possibly CD17/18, but it will be hard to tell until there are a couple more temps on there. FF won't put the Ov until there are 3 raised temps.
The spotting on CD17 could be ovulation spotting, same with the cramps.

Assume your OH is taking temp same time each day and as soon as she wakes up?

I would keep BDing just in case!

I had positive opks for almost 3 weeks in january, & that turned out to be an anovulatory cycle for me. It could be that your body is gearing up to ovulate, but hasn't yet done so. good luck

Hey SBB, yes all the tests are positive and dark enough, not sure which OPKS they are but they arent the cheapest ones out there (boots i think at the moment but we are considering changing to clearblue). The test on CD18 was the darkest one yet really... much much darker than the control line.

Yup times are taken same time religiously each morning ...seems no pattern to temps
this cycle though, usually its classic biphasic.

Guess your right and we will have to bd more... thanks by the way x

No problem. If her temps are up the next few days then FF may go for CD15.

If you look at my chart, my temp shot up then came back down for 2 days before going up again...

Good luck hope it becomes a bit clearer for you both over the next few days x x x

I'd say keep bding just to cover your bases. I agree with SBB

The pos opks could have been her body gearing up then not ovulating it happens and is normal and seeing her test come back as normal then dont worry about the pos opks..it does look tho like cd 18 or 19 may be ovulation date a few more days of temps will tell. Good luck!!
