PCOS and ovulation

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2008. The doctor did bloodwork and I was downgraded to having polycystic ovaries but not the syndrome because all my hormone levels were fine. I had irregular periods for a while but for the last 5-6 months they have been virtually perfect. I have been using ovulation tests and they detect a LH surge every month at the right time. Does this mean I am ovulating? I know the only way to tell is through ultrasounds or BBT but it sounds normal to me. Any thoughts? Thanks

I agree, it sounds normal, and you probably are... but to reassure yourself it might be worth charting your BBT or getting your doc to do CD21 (or whatever 7 days after ovulation is) bloods...
