What's the funniest TTC advice you've received?

Think a thread like this has been done before but not for a while so thought I'd start it again!

I've had 'em all ... eat more eggs; don't exercise a week after ovulating; turn in a circle 3 times after BDing (my nan!); do a handstand after BDing ... sure there's more.

Naturally, the one we all hate is 'just relax and stop thinking about it', grrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

I get the "It won't happen if you think about it" That can make me mad for days.

But my Mother likes to tell us the key is:

...waiting until the moon is out....

Makes me giggle because I always joke about moon like showing your bum...so yes, we usually wait until the moon is our here....

Funnily enough my DH thinks that's how DS was conceived cause I did handstands after BDing...which wasn't true...I was doing handstands against the wall around that time to strenghthen my upper body for naval training...but was no way linked to BDing....

Just got a realy good one last night.
"Your husband should carry his cell phone in his breast pocket, that's where mine carries his and we're pregnant."
ARRGGG!!! I hate advice like that! ASSumptions, and patronizing...lovely combo. Little does she know that my husband carries his in his, 'man purse'. (yes you all can laugh, I do )
