Firstly, sorry for posting so many threads recently, it's just that I'm at a loss to what might be causing my symptoms over the last 4 weeks.

Firstly, I have had a constant niggle / burning sensation in the area of my left ovary.

I have had intermittent groin, pelvic bone and hip pain, mostly left sided.

Mild AF-type cramps, almost constantly.

This past week, my boobs have been killing me and my nipples are so sensitive. Feels like I'm being stabbed through the boob sometimes

I had an 'abnormal' AF when my last one was due with some black tar-like discharge, pink-brown spotting and 1 day of dark red bleeding.

Since then CP has been med-high and med-soft, Cm has been creamy / white and have a 'wet' feeling most days.

Temps are the same as before 'abnormal' AF ranging from 36.2 - 36.6. No sign of ovulation and CD19 today - normal cycle is 24-27 days (see chart).

Tummy is bloated, weeing all the time, tired more than usual and the odd headache.

All HPT's have been BNF and HCG level last week was '2'.

So, if I'm not pregnant, what the heck is wrong with me ???????????????

Your chart looks all over the place!

Have you tried making the day of medium bleeding CD1 and take a look at your chart that way? See if it looks any clearer maybe?

Sounds like you might need to speak to the Dr about the symptoms though.

Hi Helly, yes FF gave me 2 seperate charts following 'M' bleeding but I joined them together so I could see how similar my temps from the end of were from last month to the beginning of this month. Apart from two 36.8 temps last month, I can't see any difference. I sooooooo wish I have taken my temp earlier in the cycle last month plan now is to wait for next AF due in 4-7 days and if still feel these niggles afterwards, ask GP for a scan. I could happily put the ovary twinges down to a cyst but that still wouldn't explain the temps ? The longer this goes on... the more confused I get !!! thanks hun xxx

hunny i would demand a full pelvic exam and pap smear if nessecary.. there could be alot of things happening and they really need to get to the bottom of it. i would def ask for a scan as well just to make completely sure everything is in working order..
let me know how things go.. but you may have to be forcefull with the drs or find another one for a second opion.

Hon it looks all annovulatory to me....all of it and your temps support that. I think you actually may be trying to gear up to O hence all the pains, but until you have a temp shift I wouldn't worry. Maybe make an appointment why you are having annovulatory cycles. As for HCG it is normal to have some HCG in your system when not pregnant (don't ask why because I don't know) but it should be under 5....so 2 is normal and not prego. Best to just get checked. Do you usually have difficulties with your cycles?

It sounds like a possible ovarian cysts. I would definitely go to the doctors.

you might have a corpus luteum cyst that isn't resolving itself. This can happen after ovulation. A CL cyst will continue to release progesterone, hence the high temperature and symptoms. It certainly would explain the side pain too.

The same thing happened to me in January. My temp went down a bit, Af showed, but my temp then shut up again and stayed like this for 15 days, then AF showed up again more heavily than normal.

In my case, I put it down to my taking Soy isoflone which I think a too big ovulation for my body.

have to say I have never had any problems with periods in 23 years since I first started having them, always regular and mid-heavy lasting 4-6 days.

Seems TTC has done crazy things to my body, perhaps I'm stressing out and that's the cause ???????

My plan is to see what next AF is like and if I am still getting the 'symptoms' I will see my GP, I'm thinking probably some kind of cyst
