CHARTING SYMPTOMS: APRIL/MAY

CD 1: (14 April) Temp low this morning (36.45). Tiny bit of spotting on & off through the day. Sore boobs, AF cramps, nausea in the morning, by late afternoon AF flow is here. Yay!

CD 2: Temp very low this morning (36.25). AF fully arrived: good red flow. Feeling tired and crampy. Better mood though!

CD 3: Temp low this morning (36.35). AF light today. Good mood & no symptoms other than sugar cravings!
~~ update ~~ Had twingy pains low down in my ovaries from early evening -- the same twinges i had on cd5 last month -- i think the follicles are gearing up already -- I hope i am not going to ov earlier this month! maybe i should cool it on the maca?

CD 4: Temp very low this morning (36.2). AF almost gone -- just a bit of spotting. Funny, twingey tummy pains on and off today Still stuffing my face with sweet things!! No other 'symptoms'

CD 5: Forgot to take temp No 'symptoms' today. Lots of sticky, slightly stretchy cm in the evening. PM: Cervix feels low, but also kind of soft & partly open??

CD 6: Temp very low this morning (36.2). Have achey feeling in lower abdomen? Watery cm in the morning.

CD 7: Temp very low (36.25). Milky cm on and off throughout the day - interspersed with sticky. Feel slightly blue -- vague nausea, dragging, achey feeling in lower abdomen. In the late evening have a throbbing stitch like pain in my right ovary, shooting pain down my right leg. Skin breakout. Cervix feels high, sort of soft and partly open. Increased libido but dh has come down with flu today!! Typical!!!

CD 8: Temp still below coverline (36.35). EWCM in the morning and later in the day. Persistent stitch in right groin (ovary). Lymph nodes in groin are visibly swollen! Definitely approaching ovulation. Still vaguely nauseous, tired, increased sex drive but dh still ill!! Cervix feels high, soft and now completely open.

CD 9: Temp still low this morning so haven't ovulated yet (36.25). Some EWCM in the morning. Still have throbbing stitch in my right ovary. Nauseous in the morning. Lymph nodes still swollen - now only on the right side -- ov is imminent -- i expect to wake up to a temp shift tomorrow. Dh still feeling ill so doubt whether i will even get one bd in this month!!

CD 10: Temp still low (36.35); haven't ov yet. Feel nauseuous in the morning; wet, watery cm midday; sharp pains in right side and back. VERY bloated. Cervix feels high, soft and open.

CD 11: Temp hasn't risen yet (36.35). Creamy cm in the early afternoon. All cramps, ov pains & backache are gone today. Feeling tired; headache in the evening. Boobs (and nipples!!) start to get sore from late afternoon -- i think this is a sign that ov has occured & progesterone is kicking in. Cervix still feels high, soft and open.

CD 13: 2 DPO Temp above coverline (36.6). Lots of thick (sorry) sticky cm - eww! Sore boobs, gassy and strong sugar cravings!!

CD 14: 3 DPO Temp very high this morning (36.9). Ovusoft has confirmed that i ov on cd 11. Am 3dpo today. LOTS of thick, sticky cm, tired, sugar cravings.

CD 15: 4 DPO Temp above coverline (36.6). Boobs feel tender, dragging feeling in lower abdomen, stuffing my face lol! Lots of sticky cm. ~~update~~ Boobs feeling very sore & kind of itchy (?) in the afternoon. Bloated (probably too much lol). Feel Fat!

CD 17: 6 DPO Temp high this morn (36.85). Still feel sick -- sore throat, body aches, headache. Burning feeling in lower abdomen & 'lady garden'. Creamy cm. Later watery. Very sore (.)(.)'s - ouch! (.)(.)'s also fuller. Bloated.

CD 18: 7DPO Temp high (36.75). Still have sore throat but feeling better. Sticky cm. Feel quite blue & down. (.)(.)'s are sore (burny) and swollen. Feel hot.

CD 19: 8DPO Temp high and stable (36.75). Little bit of sticky cm. Gassy (.)(.)'s slightly sore, but less than earlier in the week. They're still feeling fuller though. Nothing else to report.

CD 20: 9DPO Temp still high (36.65). Sore throat & slight cough. (.)(.)'s sort of sore & still swollen. Gassy Quite energetic today. Slight dragging AF feeling in lower tummy. Nothing else.

CD 21: 10 DPO Temp high (36.80). Grumpy all day (.)(.)'s tender to the touch only. Nothing else to report.

CD 22: 11 DPO Temp still up (36.70). Lots of watery cm in the morning. Mood swings between happy, energetic and grumpy. (.)(.)'s tender to the touch. Nothing else.

CD 23: 12DPO Temp still high (36.75). Very sore (.)(.)'s today. Feel incredibly blue, emotional and weepy. Headache. Tired.

CD 24: 13 DPO Temp dropped to just on coverline this morning (36.40). (.)(.)'s tender. Dull, AF cramps. Expecting full AF tomorrow in all likelihood. At midday some brown spotting begins...

CD 25: 14 DPO Forgot to take temp this morning. Tiny bit of brown spotting today. Nothing else to report.

CHARTING SYMPTOMS: MAY / JUNE CYCLE

CD 1: (9 May) Temp very low this morning (36.05). By late morning AF is here in full glory -- good red flow. Cramps & sugar cravings.

CD 2: Temp low (36.35). Medium red flow. Bloated, tired, sugar cravings.

CD 3: Temp low (36.20). AF almost gone, just brown spotting now. Sugar cravings, nothing else to report (yawn).

CHARTING SYMPTOMS: APRIL/MAY

CD 1: (14 April) Temp low this morning (36.45). Tiny bit of spotting on & off through the day. Sore boobs, AF cramps, nausea in the morning, by late afternoon AF flow is here. Yay!

CD 2: Temp very low this morning (36.25). AF fully arrived: good red flow. Feeling tired and crampy. Better mood though!

CD 3: Temp low this morning (36.35). AF light today. Good mood & no symptoms other than sugar cravings!
~~ update ~~ Had twingy pains low down in my ovaries from early evening -- the same twinges i had on cd5 last month -- i think the follicles are gearing up already -- I hope i am not going to ov earlier this month! maybe i should cool it on the maca?

CD 4: Temp very low this morning (36.2). AF almost gone -- just a bit of spotting. Funny, twingey tummy pains on and off today Still stuffing my face with sweet things!! No other 'symptoms'

CD 5: Forgot to take temp No 'symptoms' today. Lots of sticky, slightly stretchy cm in the evening. PM: Cervix feels low, but also kind of soft & partly open??

CD 6: Temp very low this morning (36.2). Have achey feeling in lower abdomen? Watery cm in the morning.

CD 7: Temp very low (36.25). Milky cm on and off throughout the day - interspersed with sticky. Feel slightly blue -- vague nausea, dragging, achey feeling in lower abdomen. In the late evening have a throbbing stitch like pain in my right ovary, shooting pain down my right leg. Skin breakout. Cervix feels high, sort of soft and partly open. Increased libido but dh has come down with flu today!! Typical!!!

CD 8: Temp still below coverline (36.35). EWCM in the morning and later in the day. Persistent stitch in right groin (ovary). Lymph nodes in groin are visibly swollen! Definitely approaching ovulation. Still vaguely nauseous, tired, increased sex drive but dh still ill!! Cervix feels high, soft and now completely open.

CD 9: Temp still low this morning so haven't ovulated yet (36.25). Some EWCM in the morning. Still have throbbing stitch in my right ovary. Nauseous in the morning. Lymph nodes still swollen - now only on the right side -- ov is imminent -- i expect to wake up to a temp shift tomorrow. Dh still feeling ill so doubt whether i will even get one bd in this month!!

CD 10: Temp still low (36.35); haven't ov yet. Feel nauseuous in the morning; wet, watery cm midday; sharp pains in right side and back. VERY bloated. Cervix feels high, soft and open.

CD 11: Temp hasn't risen yet (36.35). Creamy cm in the early afternoon. All cramps, ov pains & backache are gone today. Feeling tired; headache in the evening. Boobs (and nipples!!) start to get sore from late afternoon -- i think this is a sign that ov has occured & progesterone is kicking in. Cervix still feels high, soft and open.

CD 12: 1 DPO Temp has risen dramatically this morning (36.65) -- ov must have occured either yesterday or the day before. Sore boobs & nipples, lots of thick sticky cm, feel tired.

CD 13: 2 DPO Temp above coverline (36.6). Lots of thick (sorry) sticky cm - eww! Sore boobs, gassy and strong sugar cravings!!

CD 14: 3 DPO Temp very high this morning (36.9). Ovusoft has confirmed that i ov on cd 11. Am 3dpo today. LOTS of thick, sticky cm, tired, sugar cravings.

CD 15: 4 DPO Temp above coverline (36.6). Boobs feel tender, dragging feeling in lower abdomen, stuffing my face lol! Lots of sticky cm. ~~update~~ Boobs feeling very sore & kind of itchy (?) in the afternoon. Bloated (probably too much lol). Feel Fat!

CD 16: 5DPO Temp very high this morning (36.80). Feeling sick (flu). Still have dragging AF feeling in lower tummy. Boobs not sore but are feeling fuller.
