Ovulation/ovary pain at CD6!!

Hi all,

I'm experiencing ovulation/ovary type pain but I'm only on day 6 of my cycle... what is going on?

Really worried that something is going wrong...

Anyone ever experienced this?

I was just told I han an ovarian cyst. You should get it checked.

I'm going to the doctors tomorrow morning.

I just can't believe that the minute I start TTC, something goes wrong

ive had pain ever since af this month like cramping everyday let me no how u get on at doctors, might be similar xx

Well... I ended up going to A&E last night as the pain was a persistant stabbing.

They did blood tests which were clear and normal and then just gave me painkillers saying it could be period pain or kidney stones. I explained that the pain is in exactly the same place as when I get ovulation pain (and I'd had that for a week after my last OV).

Anyway, I went to my GP this morning and he's referred me for a scan to check out if it's a cyst. Just hope it doesn't take to long to get the scan.

In the meantime, the pain has lessened a bit and doctor says we can keep TTC so will be BDing again soon!

I just can't believe this is happening now - all these years of no problems... Hopefully it will be an easily sorted one

Not to make light of the subject........but what do your ovulation pains feel like? I dont think Ive ever experienced this.

My 'normal' ovulation pains that I have had for a couple of years now are just like a twinge that lasts a few hours.

What I've been experiencing in the last couple of days is not - more of a stabbing pain.
