im currently on the pill for 21days the off for 7 so is my cycle 21 days or 28 ???

That might not be your bodys actualy cycle length though as the pill forces a 28 day cycle.

When i took the pill i was 28 days but my natrual body cycle was 34 days (has changed now)

im trying to work it out as coming off pill after this lot

You wont know what your cycle really is untill youve had a cycle off the pill.

right great for eaxmple if i finish say the fri 1st off a normal period off the pill and say when im due for my nxt period and i dont come on do i work how far gone im from teh last day of my last period?

If you get pregnant in the first month off the pill then you cant really work out accurate dates. You would have to tell your doctor that your LMP wasnt a true period and he should book you in for an early dating scan.

The best thing to do is to keep track of your start date after coming off the pill. Plus you should wait a few months to let the pill get out of your system.

after coming off the pill my cycle was a bit messed up but was roughly 33 days.
