Anyone else taking Evening Primrose Oil?

I'm on CD3 now and I've just started taking EPO.

I'm currently taking 3 tablets a day which is 1500mg which is the recommended dose.

Just wondered if you wanted to join me in that quest for a bfp with EPO?

im also CD3 after a 60 day cycle.
im now heading off into the city to get my EPO capsules

so when do you tak them till?

hoping it will just help me be more aware of when im OVing so we can do lots of

so can i jopin the quest ?

I must admit I am tempted to try this if I don’t get anywhere this cycle as I do appear to be lacking in that department.

I tried having a glass of grapefruit juice every day as heard that was good for increasing the CM too but have to admit I still don’t get very much – have given it two months of drinking it every day and am starting to wonder if it is worth it as I’m not sure it’s making any difference.

So you take 1000mg a day of the EPO. Do you start on CD1 when AF arrives then? How do you know when to stop taking it as I know you should only take it up to O. Do you go by your opks to know when you should stop or do you take it for a certain amount of days and then stop?

I started taking EPO last cycle and it didn't really increase my CM but I did have a really long cycle. But I kept taking it for this cycle and did notice a big difference! I took a smaller dose this month though, I have the 1000mg kind that you take 3 pills a day, this time I only took 2 a day. I usually have no days where I'm confident I've spotted ewcm, but this cycle I had 2 full days of it and it matched up with my OPK and temps. I also ate tons of baby carrots the whole week leading up to O this time, but I didn't drink as much water as I should have been so seeing ewcm was a surprise. But yeah I'm on CD15 and I'm pretty sure I'm 3 dpo. Oh and I stopped my EPO the day of my +OPK, so only taking it from AF to O. Good luck everyone!

Hi guys! Yeah good to have you on board!

you're supposed to stop taking it in the 2ww so from the day you get your +opk i.e. 1dpo stop taking it.

I don't have an abundance of EWCM in fact I barely noticed any CM this month albeit we are using conceive+ too.

I'm taking 3 capsules a day - it says to take 3 to 6 a day after meals but I think that would be too much so I plan to take the 3 capsules and drink lots of water - I'm hoping that will help to make a nice environment for spermy!!

I think you're supposed to start on CD1 but I've just started taking today, 2 days won't make much of a difference I don't think

Hiya!!
I am currently taking EPO!!
Also, Agnus Castus and Dong Quai too!!
Had no AF or Ovulation for 6 months now so just taking it throughout the month as have no idea where in my cycle I am!!
But fingers crossed it starts too work soon!! x x

Crazy how you spend years not wanting her and she always comes and then when it matters she stays away I just hope she comes soon!!
