Anyone else taking Evening Primrose Oil? - Page 2

I use EPO starting the day of my period until the time i think i ovulated.

I have read that it is best to stop the EPO once you think ovulation/conception may have occured, because it can make the uterus contract. So only take it in the first half of your cycle.

lol she did Hayz - wicked evil witch!!!

EPO is good for regulating cycles but it also helps with the uterine lining and helps to produce more CM for the sperm around ovulation cos it helps them swim up to your fallopian tube for the egg and helps them live longer!

Thanks, think i'll give that a go too. Anything to help me get my BFP. I'm cd 3 today is it too late too start taking it today? Then I take it until I ovulate?

i took my 1st one yesterday also CD3, i got mine from holland and barretts, they are 1300mg says take 1-2, i took one as i have never taken them before, they were 6.99 for 120 instead of about 13 pound, so a bargain i think

im just hoping it increases EWCM so i know when to concentrate my

on that tims, as ai have such long cycles i usually ahve no idea when OV occures

Ness, I took it from 3dpo and stopped yesterday as I had a temp rise today, Im not sure if it made a difference but I'll keep going with it next cycle if I dont get a bfp x
