Is my body given me tricks or treat?

Ok so month 10 has been taxing to say the least.
Last month i was so convinced we'd done it, just had a feeling, seemed to have ov bleeding and implantation bleeding, didn't have any other symptoms. AF arrived was shorted then usual but still 6 days so thought nothing of it.

I started using my new cbfm started straight away on a high and was high all cycle until the last day which was low. I'm told this is fairly common on the first cycle. At least once a day i had bleeding, some times browny sometimes red with clots, sometimes once i'd cleaned up it was gone other times it lasted over night. This lasted till cd24, when i had blood test for hormonal screen (came back as no further investigation required)

On cd 26 i started being sick and feeling sick although i wasn't feeling poorly, this lasted about 5 days. I was pretty convinced i was preg but all tests have been bfn. I've had niggly pains in my belly and a pulling sensation below my belly button.
Yesterday was cd36, AF day as of yet no sign, no symptoms of her imminent arrival. Do you think after so much mid cycle bleeding she would still come on time? has anyone else had anything similar to this? i'm so run down, i got flu on thursday which has now developed into ear infections which have perforated my ear drums!
