Hi girlies,
You mat not have even noticed, but i've not been on bnb for a few days. I really needed a break.
AF still hasn't arrived and i'm beginning to feel very disheartened about the whole thing really. May will bring us into our 6th month of TTC, and with no luck, i'm starting feel pretty low about it.
I've stopped recording every thing down, i'm not checking my CP or CM, and every time we have sex, we make love, not babies, and this has definately helped, BUT, after 6 months of nearly daily unprotected sex this is beginning to get pretty tiresome.
What i cannot really comprehend is that there is why it doesnt happen when it seems so simple.
My fiance's cousin has announced she is pregnant, only 11 months after she had Cary's. We are seeing them tomorrow (along with another 3 month old baby) and i can just tell i'm going to be in a foul mood. Gosh i can't believe i'm saying those things, it's their right to have babies ... but, Cary's was an accident and so was this baby .. how can baby's be accidents?!?! If baby's are accidents it means the couple wasnt even trying ... but we ARE trying and it still doesnt happen?!?! How the F does that work!!!!!
Arrghhh!!

Sorry for the rant, i'm just so pooped that still hasnt shown up. Oh and by the way i did a HPT on Wednesday, and well, i think you can guess what the outcome of that was

Thats pretty sh*t - sorry that you feeling so down and i'm sure we all feel this way from time to time when everyone else keeps getting preg but us, but we have to be positive as it can affect your cycle feeling this low...please try and be less stressed as that wont help ttc...i know its hard as i'm like this most days aswell but i have been reading Zita Wests guide to getting pregnant and its really helpful.
Maybe a day away to pamper yourself might help xxx

Thats what i've been doing, trying to avoid everything about TTC, i've been very calm this week, it's tomorrow that is getting to me a bit

Sorry to hear the TTC thing is getting tiresome for you Alice, i think we all hit that point at some time.

If it makes u feel any better, i dont have any kids, im 25 very fit and healthy weigh about 8 stone and am 5'5"

my OH is 23, about 6' and he weighs 12 stone. he is also very fit and healthy,

we are going on for 10months TTC, with daily sex pretty much (all bar the odd day here and there when we are soo tired) and still nothing, but we are still gonna try cos we just want that

it will happen, i promise

Me and my OH have the same weight/height stats as you .. spooky!
Yeah it just gets so tiresome doesnt it, you do everything right, and still nothing, i always try to think, every day that goes by is a day closer to my BFP but thats easier said than done!!

Kno how u feel hun, but it really will happen - we ttc ds for 2 years and once the bfp appeared, the previous 2 years was forgotten, mad i kno and i wouldn't have believed u then. But it's just ttc madness - got it already and only been ttc a few months. Unfortunately nothing we do can change things, but it makes u appreciate avin them so much more.

I am 1 of 4 children and we were all 'accidents'. my mum was much younger than me when she had us but still... you would think i could have 1 much wanted accident wouldn't you!

Hey Alice,

I know how you feel! We have been TTC #1 since July and everyone else in the world seems to get pg so easily!
How long were you on bcp for? I read you should allow 1 month for every year you have been on bcp for your body to get back to normal. Maybe you just need to give it a bit more time.
I know how awful it is to be disappointed month in, month out though. Particularly when you have been trying so hard!!!
