I think I ovulated from my left ovary when I ovulated, and every pain i had since came from there too.. however today im getting the '' dull AF ache'' but from the right side. Please dont tell me thats Af loosening up that side ready for the flo.
If you ov from one side, why would you get pains in the other side?

I wouldn't know where to begin in figuring out which side I ovulate from! Much too complicated for me

If you get a pain in one side- how do you know that's the side you ovulated from? Each ovary has a potential egg each month, but only one of them will flourish (usually) and can be fertilised (if you are lucky chick!) . SO if you feel twinges how do you know that it was your fertilised egg detaching and going for a jaunt, or it could have been the weaker of the two dying off that you felt? How do you know!!!? I don't get a recognisable mittleschmerze so I am intrigued!!

You know I have a lot of tummy pain normally....wind, IBS, you name it, my bowels can cause it....

Anyway I've been getting a pain lasting a day or so in my right or left side for a few months...and before charting I dimissed it...so I decided I would chart when I get it this month to see if it was indeed ovulation pain...

And guess what....

I didn't piggin well get it this month!!!!!
