i thought i would put this up for people to read its a story of when i was 16 i was told that there was something wrong with my eggs and that i would not be to have kids by the doctor . At this age i was very sad and what i always wanted was a child and to have a family off my own but this dream was broken as i got older i started to realise the doctor was right and that i was going to be childless this made me go thought depresion seeing other people with children and seeing my only sister have two kids of her own it made me blue. as i got older I went to go see other doctors about it but it came up with the same answer there was something wrong and that my body would not be able to create a egg that would be able to furtlise to make a baby. in september 2009 i was beeing sick alot and feeling faint as i thought it could not be pregnancy i did not see a doctor at this time as my partner also knew this story i had my partner who i am with now told me to do a pregnency test just to check as i did the test i thought it wont be as i have done test before where it has come up negative as i waited the nervouse waite i had a phone call from a worker and as i was on the phone my partner held the test waiting as i turned around he showed it to me i could not belive my eyes the line was there saying i was pregnant i burst into tears an booked a doctors appointment to check as i was at the doctors his face went down with shock and said it was positive. I thought i would wright this to say to other people trying to have children Please dont give up i was told the news but now am 23 weeks and due a baby boy on july 6th 2010. thank u Mind_the_bump

congratualtions! ive had 2 miscariages when i was 18, im 20 now and have been trying for 2 years. its so hard isnt it especially when everyone around u is pregnant and wont stop talking about how happy they are. i know its not their fault but...uno.

I Was 16 when i was told i could not have kids an i tryed for 7 years to have kids and haveing doctors tell me i cant have any. i am 22 now an am due a baby boy. i know how u feel i was like u i hated every one who was pregnant an seeing people who take advange of haveing a child by beeing mean to them i wanned to explode.Yes i watched my older sister have two and every one was going on about it i started to get depressed alot and hideing things inside. There is many people u see who have kids in the street that was once in yur shoes trying so hard to have kids u just gotta belive. mind_the_bump

i punish myself too really beacuse i work in a babyshop!!! 7 years. i would have gone crazy!

Please dont push yourself i know it is hard when u work in that enviroment but i understand u must see preg monthers and monthers with children alot that will stress u out but that can also stop u from haveing kids. lol it was a long 7 years for me and yes alot of peopel said that they dont know how i felt but i sat my mum down and talked to her and she started to understand andfound out about me not able to have kids but she was very supportive. and where i live there is a womens group for women for concevie support. mind the bump
