Anyone ttc after coming off the pill? - Page 3

Hiya, Just thought I'd pop in to mention that I came off the pill in August 09 and got pregnant in December/January x x

Hiya!

Just found this thread and thought I'd re-vamp it! I have literally just come off the pill a week and a bit ago, have had my WD bleed and am

every other day so far. Anyone else in the same boat as me this month? Been on the pill for about 11 years, been with DH for 9 years and married for 1.5 years! Not had any symptoms of being off the pill yet and am wondering when (if at all) I'll ovulate this month!!!!

I was only on the pill 4 months after having a coil removed (yasmin) first time I got pregnant on the pill, this is my second cycle trying. I didnt have a withdrawal bleed, but am having very short cycles, hoping that wont cause a problem?? Good luck all

I hve been off the pill since Nov 11 and had no withdrawl bleeds! I stopped a little over half way through the pack and di the BD every two days ever since, i still didnt get AF...
I took a couple tests but neg.
Dont know what to think because every one seems to have had withdrawl bleeds!

i was on microgynon for about 3/4years and now i am off it and ttc with my partner and we have been trying for 2/3 month but nothing except withdrawl bleeding and neg pregnancy tests.
want to know anything else inbox me as not on this often

Oh no! Maybe you should've waited until you finished the whole pack like I did. If you're worried, go to the doctor. I'm sure there are things you can take to bring on your period and kick start your cycle. Let me know how it goes.

I was on Microgynon 30 too and I've heard a lot of people taking a while to adjust after it but then I've also heard the same amount of people who have gotten pregnant straight after stopping too so I just think it depends on the person. It can take a while for your first period to come back but again, you can always ask a doctor for advice.

Hi Girls I have been on and off the pill for about 6 years and I was on depo for 2 before that. This most recent time I was on yaz for the last 3 years and I took my last pill the first week in november so this is me and my husbands second month trying. I was trying to go for the every day method since this is the week that I should be ovulating but we missed last night just too tired from the weekend. Hoping to get back on track tonight!

I was on the pill (ortho-tri-cyclen) for about 10 years. Didn't renew prescription at the end of September this year and have had cycles of 28 and 30 days since then. Just started charting temps this current cycle, and I think I ovulated on Day 14. Next month will try test kits to see if I ovulated for sure.

I was on the pill for 10 years came off in September had my withdrawal bleed then in October 30 days later had my first real period. November 12th got a BFP then 5 days later i bled. Trying again this month, I am not sure if concieving so soon after the pill caused it but who knows!! x
